Description:
|
The rice G6H1 was developed through Agrobacterium-mediated transformation of the rice cultivar Xiushui 110.
Two gene cassettes have been inserted:
the modified CryIAb/Vip3H cassette that confers resistance against lepidopteran pests of rice (Asiatic rice borer, Chilo suppressalis (Walker) (Lepidoptera: Crambidae), and the stem borer Sesamia inferens (Walker) (Lepidoptera: Noctuidae)),
the epsps cassette (5-enolpyruvylshikimate-3-phosphate synthase) that confers resistance to the herbicide glyphosate.
G6H1 is a sister event of G6H2, G6H3, G6H4, G6H5, and G6H6
