Name:

QL-EVE-16-0-1RB-F/16-0-1RB-R

Description:

Qualitative real-time PCR (TaqMan) method for detection of papaya event 16-0-1 (Prins at al., 2016)

Comment:

Target is the 3' integration border region (IBR) between the insert of papaya event 16-0-1 and the papaya host genome.

In Prins et al. (2016), the reverse primer was erroneously indicated as 16-0-1RB-F instead of 16-0-1RB-R. The nucleotide sequences of the 249 bp spanning the Right Border of event 16-0-1 is given in GenBank KU376441.
