In older applications (EFSA-Q-2007-159 on Part II - Summary of EFSA-GMO-RX-Ms8/Rf3; Petition for determination of nonregulated status to USDA APHIS, 98-278-01p) one of the copies is presented as a complete T-DNA. In the molecular characterisation we depict one truncated T-DNA copy while the other T-DNA copy is shown in full length (with all genetic elements present in the vector pTHW118 used for transformation) since there is no information available specifying the second truncation.
