Molecular analysis indicated integration of one copy of the T-DNA carrying the CS-dgat2Anno-UMBRA gene cassette of transformation vector pMON70900 at a single genomic locus. Although the binary transformation vector pMON70900 contained a second separate T-DNA coding for P-FMV > P-hsp70-PETHY > TP-epsps-ARATH > CS-CP4epsps-RHIRD > T-rbcSE9-PEA the event MON87754 did not carry this selection marker gene cassette.
