The BVL and WFSR take the protection of personal data very seriously. We want you to know when we collect data and how we use it. We have taken technical and organisational measures to ensure that data protection regulations are complied with both by us as well as by our external service providers. The general use of this website is possible without providing personal information. You will only be asked to submit personal information for registration to access the members area or to complete order or contact forms. The BVL and WFSR shall implement technical and organisational security measures to protect personal information against loss and misuse. Whenever you access our server, data is stored for statistical and backup purposes. We record your IP address and date and time of your visit to our website for a limited period only. EUginius is a cooperation between the Federal Office of Consumer Protection and Food Safety (BVL) and the WFSR Wageningen University & Research (WFSR). Subject to the limitations stipulated below, both institutions are responsible for the content of the EUginius website, and are therefore considered as operators under the Telemedia Act (TMG).
