You can retrieve information on the authorisation status of GMOs using filter criteria to either limit the number of GMOs, specify the plant species, the country or to select a certain status of approval.

The four icons refer to food FOOD approved image , feed FEED approved image , cultivation CULTIVATION approved image and other handling OTHER_USES approved image .

The traffic light colours refer to approved (green), approved with restrictions or phasing out (orange) and not approved (red).

In the EU due to complex legal conditions, the categories may be further specified. However, these conditions are not applicable for decisions outside the EU.
