Check the authorisation status of a GMO.

Click on Search for generic approval to find information on the approval status of a specific GMO for use in food, for use as feed, for cultivation or for other uses.

Click on Traffic light search to filter GMOs by including or excluding characteristics and get information on the legal status of the filtered GMOs. Combine this search with criteria specifying the legal status of the GMOs (traffic light restriction).

Or perform free-text search. Use * before/after search item for wildcard search if necessary. Click on Help for more details on free-text search modality. For technical reasons free-text search is currently limited to GMOs.
