The scope of this application complements the scope of three other applications on this GMO:
1) Application for renewal of the authorisation of existing food products produced from GT73 (refined oil and food additives; EFSA-GMO-RX-GT73(8.1a)) 2) Application for renewal of the authorisation of existing feed produced from GT73 (feed materials and feed additives; EFSA-GMO-RX-GT73(8.1b-20.1b)). The decision on these two applications was issued together with the decision on the present application EFSA-GMO-NL-2010-87. 3) Application C/NL/98/11 on feed containing or consisting of GT73 and on products other than food and feed containing or consisting of GT73 with the exception of cultivation. The latter uses had been authorised by the competent authority of the Netherlands, based on Commission Decision 2005/635/EC. |
