| Comment: | The product to be marketed is a feed material for pigs of all categories (cf. Council Directive 96/25/EC on feed materials). The product is a heat-killed yeast biomass that is the residue, also called yeast cream, after the large-scale fermentation of the yeast to produce the commercial medicinal peptide (cf. Council Directive of 30 June 1982 on certain products used in animal nutrition, product group 1.2.1., the cells of which have been killed). Application withdrawn by applicant 23 Sept. 2011. |
