Food additives and feed produced from GT73 were lawfully placed on the EU market before the date of entry into force of Regulation (EC) No. 1829/2003. After the date of entry into force of this Regulation, these products were notified to the European Commission according to Art. 8(1)(a) of that Regulation and included in the Community Register of genetically modified food and feed.
