  The conditions of authorisation are determined in Commission Implementing Decision 2013/327/EU and Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2019/1301. Expiry date is of Commission Implementing Decision 2013/237/EU. This application was first submitted for renewal of authorisation of i) feed and feed ingredients containing or consisting of these GMOs and on ii) products other than food and feed containing or consisting of these GMOs with the exception of cultivation, previously authorised based on EU Commission Implementing Decision 2007/232/EU of 26 March 2007 (C/BE/96/01). Foods and food ingredients containing, consisting of, or produced from these GMOs with the exception of processed oil are scope of application EFSA-GMO-BE-2010-81. Processed oil and feed produced from these GMOs are scope of application EFSA-GMO-RX-Ms8xRf3-(8.1a/20.1a). Both applications were authorised with the same Commission Implementing Decision 2013/327/EU of 25 June 2013. The application was extended to merge into a single authorisation of the uses of these GM oilseed rapes covered by the (current) renewal application and the uses of those oilseed rapes covered by Commission Implementing Decision 2013/327/EU.
