Comment:	The placing on the market of products other than food and feed containing or consisting of GT73 with the exception of cultivation was previously authorised based on Commission Decision 2005/635/EC (application C/NL/98/11) and was renewed with Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/1385 (EFSA-GMO-RX-002). Foods and food ingredients containing, consisting of or produced from this GMO with the exception of isolated seed protein are authorised with Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2015/701 (EFSA-GMO-NL-2010-87). Food additives and refined oil are authorised with Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2015/701 (EFSA-GMO-RX-GT73(8.1b-20.1b) and EFSA-GMO-RX-GT73(8.1a)). This application (EFSA-GMO-RX-026/1) is the renewal application submitted in time covering all scopes from Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2015/701 which excludes the authorization of isolated seed protein from GT73 in food use.
