On 11 January 2013, Bayer CropScience informed the European Commission of its decision to amend the scope of the application to no longer include authorisation for cultivation of T25 maize in the European Union.
Upon request of the authorisation holder, Bayer Crop Science, the rights and obligations pertaining to all authorisations and pending applications for genetically modified products where transfered to BASF Agricultural Solutions Seed US. Implemented with Commission Decision (EU) 2019/1195. |
